Licenses & Activation
SyncThemAll is perpetual software — you own the version you buy, forever. It is never a subscription. This page explains the editions and how activation works. For current prices, see Pricing.
Editions
- Free — no key, no registration, no time limit. Includes every supported storage service, unlimited manual transfers, 2 cloud accounts, and 1 automated (triggered) routine. Fine for commercial use within these limits.
- Personal — a one-time purchase for one individual, for personal use. Removes the Free limits (unlimited cloud accounts and automated routines).
- Business — a one-time purchase that permits commercial and organizational use, including running SyncThemAll unattended as a background service.

Activating a license
Free needs nothing — just install and use it.
For Personal and Business, your license key is emailed to you after purchase. Open Settings → License, paste the key, and activate. Activation contacts our server once to validate the key and register the device; after that, the app works offline.
Devices
- Personal is licensed per user and may be active on several of your own devices at once (a fair-use limit). Old, unused devices free their slot automatically after a while, so reinstalling or replacing a computer just works.
- Business is licensed per instance — one license per installed instance.
Updates and renewal
A paid license includes software updates for one year from purchase. After that, updates continue through an optional renewal (a fraction of the original price per year).
Skipping renewal costs you nothing today: the app keeps working at its last licensed version forever — you only miss future updates. Because SyncThemAll connects to third-party clouds whose interfaces change over time, staying on updates keeps every connector working long-term.
Lost or replacement keys
If your key stops working through no fault of your own, or a key is misused and has to be revoked, contact us and we'll issue a replacement.
