Is SyncThemAll a subscription?
No. Licenses are perpetual — you pay once and the software is yours. Renewal only extends your update stream; it never switches anything off.
What happens when my year of updates ends?
Nothing dramatic: the app keeps working exactly as it is. You simply stop receiving new versions until you renew. Keep in mind that cloud providers change their APIs over time, so staying updated keeps your connectors healthy.
How much does a renewal cost?
40% of your license price per extra year of updates. Renew only when you want to.
Is there a penalty if I skip a year?
No. Renew whenever you like — the price is the same 40% per year of updates, with no back-pay for the time you skipped.
On how many computers can I use one license?
Personal is per-user: all your own devices, with a fair-use cap of 5 active machines and easy deactivation when you change hardware. Business is per-instance: one license per installed instance, which keeps audits simple.
Where do my files go during transfers?
Through your machine only. SyncThemAll is a desktop app — transfers run locally between your storages, and your files and credentials never touch our servers.
What exactly is limited in the Free version?
Only two things: 2 cloud accounts and 1 triggered routine. Everything else — all supported services, unlimited tabs, unlimited manual operations and manual routines — is included, with no time limit.
