Software Licenses
Each Neowise product is licensed — not sold — under its own End User License Agreement (EULA), which sets out the specific rights, editions, limits and restrictions for that product. Where a product EULA and these Terms conflict for that product, the product EULA controls.
License keys are personal and non-transferable, and may not be shared with other users except as permitted by the applicable product license.
Purchases & Refunds
Purchases are processed by our authorized payment provider (Merchant of Record). After payment is confirmed, your license key is delivered to the email address you provide.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on paid licenses. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase by contacting us. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use our website or software for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
- Reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the software except as permitted by its license

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the software, the website or these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable product. Governing Law & Severability
